Custom Orders

All pieces are made-to-order and handcrafted with care. Because each design is individually created, slight variations in color, texture, gemstone placement, and finish may occur. These variations are part of the artistry and uniqueness of custom jewelry.

Design Process

  • A design consultation is required before production begins.

  • Final design details (materials, sizing, stones, finish) must be approved in writing.

  • Once approved, production will begin, and changes may not be possible.

Production Time

  • Custom pieces typically require 3–6 weeks for completion, depending on complexity. Clients will be notified if additional time is required.

Pricing & Payment

  • A non-refundable deposit (50% or as specified) is required to begin production.

  • The remaining balance must be paid before shipment.

  • Prices are subject to change due to fluctuations in precious metal and gemstone markets until the deposit is received.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the personalized nature of custom jewelry:

  • All custom orders are final sale.

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges on made-to-order or personalized items.

  • In the rare case of a manufacturing defect, clients must notify us within 7 days of delivery.

Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 48 hours of placing the order. After production begins, deposits are non-refundable.

Shipping

  • All pieces are securely packaged and fully insured during transit.

  • Customers will receive tracking information once the order ships.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

Sizing

  • Clients are responsible for providing accurate jewelry sizes. We strongly recommend professional sizing before placing an order.

  • Complimentary resizing (if offered) applies only to standard size adjustments within 30 days.

  • Shipping fees for resizing may apply.

Jewelry Care

  • Fine jewelry should be handled with care.

  • Avoid exposure to harsh chemicals, perfumes, or abrasive surfaces.

  • Remove jewelry before swimming, exercising, or sleeping.

  • Store pieces individually to prevent scratches.

  • We recommend professional cleaning and inspection once per year.

Repairs

  • We offer repair services for our pieces.

  • Repair costs vary depending on damage and materials.

  • Damage caused by improper care, impact, or modification by another jeweler is not covered.

Intellectual Property

  • All designs, images, and content on this website are the intellectual property of the brand and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
